Cancellations of reservations at THE OKINAWA SHURI are subject to the following cancellation policy. Please read and agree to these terms before confirming your booking.
1. Cancellation Fees
The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total accommodation fee, based on the time the reservation was completed.

* The cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is completed. The cancellation fee is a percentage of the total accommodation fee.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us via the method you used to book (e.g., email, LINE, or the external booking platform). The cancellation is considered accepted when we confirm receipt of your request.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of flight cancellations due to typhoons or natural disasters, or when the facility is deemed unusable, cancellation fees may be waived upon consultation. Please contact us promptly with official proof (such as flight cancellation certificates).
