Accommodation Agreement Accommodation Agreement
Contracts regarding accommodation services provided by THE OKINAWA SHURI (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by laws, regulations, and generally established customs.
Article 1 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
Guests seeking to apply for an accommodation contract with our facility must provide their name, contact information, accommodation dates, number of guests, and other matters deemed necessary by the facility.
Article 2 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
The accommodation contract is concluded when our facility accepts the application as stipulated in the preceding Article. For online reservations, it is deemed concluded when the reservation completion notice is displayed on the screen or an email is sent.
Article 3 (Refusal and Cancellation of the Contract)
The facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract, or cancel an already concluded contract, in the following cases:
- 1. When it is recognized that the guest may act contrary to public order or good morals.
- 2. When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
- 3. When the guest uses violence, threats, extortion, or makes demands that exceed a reasonable burden.
- 4. When the guest is identified as an organized crime group or associated anti-social forces.
- 5. When accommodation cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances such as full occupancy, facility breakdown, or natural disasters.
- 6. When the guest fails to comply with the condominium's management bylaws and facility usage rules.
Article 4 (Guest's Right to Cancel)
The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the facility. In such cases, a cancellation fee will be charged based on our defined Cancellation Policy (see below).
- From 30 days prior to the date of stay: 30%
- From 15 days prior to the date of stay: 50%
- From 7 days prior to the date of stay: 100%
- On the day / No-show (no contact): 100%
Article 5 (Room Usage Hours)
As the facility is intended for long-term stays (monthly contracts), the room usage hours are from 3:00 PM on the check-in day to 11:00 AM on the check-out day. Guests may use the room all day during their stay (excluding the check-in and check-out dates).
Article 6 (Payment of Accommodation Fees)
Accommodation fees must generally be paid in advance by credit card at the time of reservation. Even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the facility has provided the room and made it available, the full fee will be charged.
Article 7 (Responsibility of the Facility)
The facility will compensate the guest for damages caused during the fulfillment of the accommodation contract or non-fulfillment thereof. However, this shall not apply if the damage is due to reasons beyond the control of the facility.
